Patternalism sells digital sewing patterns only. There is no physical shipping involved in your purchase.
How You Receive Your Patterns
Upon successful payment, you will receive your digital sewing pattern(s) via email as a downloadable PDF file. Delivery is instant and automatic.
Delivery Process:
- A download link will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout
- Download links are also available in your customer account order history
- Patterns are typically delivered within minutes of completing your purchase
Download Access:
- Your download link remains active and accessible through your account
- You may download your purchased patterns unlimited times
- We recommend saving your files to your device or cloud storage for safekeeping
Didn't Receive Your Pattern?
If you don't receive your download link within 1 hour of purchase:
- Check your spam/junk email folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address during checkout
- Log into your customer account and access the download from your order history
- Contact us at patternalism.team@gmail.com with your order number
Technical Requirements:
- Patterns are delivered as PDF files
- You will need a PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) to view and print your patterns
- Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
