€12

A men's t-shirt sewing pattern PDF in EU sizes 46–56 — semi-oversize silhouette that keeps a deliberate distance from the body without bulk. We created this T-shirt as our answer to a specific problem: most basics either fit too loosely to look intentional, or too closely to feel comfortable. The semi-oversize silhouette is our calibration — a deliberate gap between fabric and body that reads as a considered choice rather than a sizing error.

The construction follows premium garment principles applied to a simple form. Shoulder slope, armhole depth, and neckband width are each specific, not generic. The back neck seam is finished with bias binding — invisible from the outside, immediately apparent when you pick up the finished piece.

What defines this pattern:

  • The Semi-Over Silhouette: Relaxed and airy without the shapelessness of an extreme oversize. The proportion is calculated, and it shows.
  • Precision in the Fit Points: Shoulder line, armhole, neckband — each is engineered to produce a finished garment that looks like it came from a premium brand. The details that most patterns leave to chance are resolved here.
  • A Versatile Foundation: The silhouette reads as unisex. A T-shirt worth making well and wearing constantly.

To achieve the "luxury" look and feel, we recommend high-quality knitted fabrics:

  • Cotton Jersey: (Singles or Compact-Sueded) with a touch of elastane or 100% premium cotton.
  • Mid-weight Jersey: For a clean, structured appearance.
  • Silky Mercerized Cotton: To enhance the premium feel of the finished garment.

  • Thread: High-quality polyester thread matching the fabric color (1 spool for sewing machine, 3-4 for overlocker).
  • Bias Tape: 30 cm (approx. 12") of bias binding (pre-made or cut from the main fabric). We recommend using this to finish the back neck seam, elegantly covering the raw edge of the neckline-to-bodice seam for a high-end, luxury interior finish.
  • Stay Tape / Clear Elastic (Optional): To stabilize the shoulder seams and prevent them from stretching over time.
